  If I could give them negative stars I would! Bought a swim suit and noticed at my hotel that the store associate had left the anti theft device on my suit. I called the store and asked them if there was a way for me to take it off...they said no. They acted like I stole my swim suit when I had told them I had the receipt. I was also told that the door alarm would've gone off--IT DID NOT--and that I should have known to bring the swim suit back in.....WOW....When I asked what kind of discount they would give for my inconvenience I was laughed at and I could hear other associates cussing and laughing in the background. I was then put on hold with the phone off of the receiver so that I could not call back. I waited. When I called back...I was finally told I'd get 10% back on the swim suit.....so my family spent about $240 in their store (big family)...and I save $2.50?? The store associates gave me constant attitude and never actually let me speak to management. This place is a joke with offensive customer service...and after seeing other reviews...I'm surprised their in business. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME...Go a few miles down the road to Walmart...It's CHEAPER...better QUALITY...and you will actually be treated with RESPECT.

  My experience in Pensacola was absolutely FANTASTIC! ! Every person that I had the opportunity to talk with, purchase merchandise from, or dine in any restaurant was helpful and friendly!! I recommend taking a vacation in Pensacola! !
